Great Stay
5/5 My family and I recently stayed here for the week on a Disney trip, and we loved it. The pool fee was 100% worth it, and the hot tub was amazing! After long days at the park, this was a great place to come back to.

Family Vacation
4/5 The house itself is very comfortable and spacious. The property management team is responsive and gracious. However, some things to know if you stay here. Bring extra blankets and pillows. The pullout couch has no bedding or pillows. There are minimal towels, no toilet paper, garbage bags, or dishwasher tabs. Bring these with you.
The pool and spa were great, and we enjoyed our stay. It is a bit far from Disney (30 minutes without traffic) and a good distance from Universal.
Recent stay
4/5 The house is absolutely beautiful with the decorations. The location was perfect close to everything in town but not to busy.
Only 2 things were there were ants in the kitchen we weren't told about and lost about $50 in food because of sugar ants over taking the food on the counter over night.
The hot tub was not hot, I was told I had to pay even more for a hot tub to be heated?
This was a birthday/Christmas vacation gift and I wish those 2 things didn't happen.
