4/5 **Villa Review**
Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the villa. The house itself was nice and clean, and the property was very well-maintained. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool, which was in excellent condition and perfectly heated and received full sun all day—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the weather. It was also a bonus that the pool was cleaned nightly, ensuring it was always ready for use.
However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The house felt a bit outdated, and the blinds were all broken upon our arrival. Additionally, the smoke alarm was beeping when we first got there. Thankfully, the management team was quick to respond, and they promptly fixed both the blinds and the smoke alarm.
We did experience some frustration upon arrival due to a slight miscommunication between the booking parties. We were given the wrong entry code and had to wait a long time to get inside, which was particularly inconvenient as it was a Sunday and no phones were being answered.
Another issue was that many of the door knobs, including those on the bathroom doors, didn't lock properly.
Despite these setbacks, we had an enjoyable time, and with a few updates and better communication, the villa could be an even better experience.
