We had a great experience stayed there. Nice house, comfortable beds, excellent location. Definitely worth it. I would definitely recommend.

My family and I arrived at different times…coming from Cali, Ohio, and Georgia. We were able to check in a few hours early. The house was very clean, and the neighborhood quiet. Thank you for everything. We would come back! ☺️

The house was perfect for a family with small children (8, 5, and 1) and only a 10-minute walk to Baycare Ballpark. The kids loved peacocks wandering the neighborhood, too, and the house was outfitted with everything we needed, including a travel crib and high chair.
Would definitely stay again.

The property was as advertised. This VRBO was clean, roomy, and comfortable for the four adults that stayed here Friday and Saturday, checking out on Sunday. Six adults could be comfortable here as there is plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable.
We enjoyed the back patio area very much. Enjoyed sitting around the propane fire pit and enjoying some early evening drinks while we grilled steaks on the brand new grill. Enjoyed the very nice coffee bar, and enjoyed some morning coffee time around the propane fire pit.
Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and there is a wondering group of peacocks who graced us with a few appearances. The place is close to many attractions and it took us about 25 minutes to get to the Clearwater Beach area but that was mostly because of traffic.
Only negative I can comment about is the water pressure was a little light and you have to be careful of making sure not to overlap on showers. That may be a local utility issue and not a property issue.
If you are looking for a nice place to call home base while you explore the Tampa/Clearwater sites and attractions I would recommend this VRBO.
