This house in in disrepair and needs to be overhauled before renting out.
1/5 There is a big pile of roof tiles and trash on the front lawn. In the back yard there is a pond that is dirty and the fence next to it has fallen down. The staircase outside going to the upstairs is missing the railings. The kitchen dishwasher is broken and when you open it, there is nothing to keep it from crashing to the ground - I cut my hand and banged up my leg. The master bedroom has no window covering on the bed by the door - the lights from next door were on all night and the neighbors can also see right in. one of our cars got broken into as well. The light in the upstairs hallway is handing out of its canister.

Hockey Tour
4/5 11 men hockey players stayed here for tournament in clearwater. Good location to arena and all amenities. Clean, lots towels, bedding, chairs outside. Be back next year!
