5/5 We’ve been renting homes in Cape Coral for the past 7 years, staying for two weeks every year, so we’ve definitely experienced both the good and the not-so-good when it comes to vacation rentals.Without question, The Palm House is the BEST home we have ever rented.From the very beginning, Irina was so kind, helpful, and quick to respond to my questions, which made everything easy from the start.The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described — which anyone who rents vacation homes knows is a huge deal.And the pool was absolutely amazing. I had Achilles tendon surgery in November and haven’t been able to walk, so being able to get the boot off and relax and spend time in the pool was honestly exactly what I needed. The built-in table and seating in the pool was such a fun and unique touch and made the whole experience even better.We truly loved our stay and we will absolutely book again.If you’re looking for a place in Cape Coral — stop scrolling. You found it.
4/5 This house was very nice. The pool is very large, but do remember that you have to pay to heat it during January and February. The master bathroom took some getting used to as it is quite small with no counter space, but you get used to it. Overall, this is a very, very nice house and the soccer field across the street did not bother us whatsoever. Would definitely stay here again.
5/5 Host was responsive to questions. Pingpong, the pool, and other amnesties included made our stay even more fun! The VRBO was spacious and clean upon arrival. The neighborhood felt safe and location was perfect. Would recommend to anyone!
