  Unforgettable Nightmare My stay was from Wednesday May 21st 2025 through June 4th 2025. I contacted management right after booking to make sure that my wife and I could have an early check-in due to our flights getting in at 10:00 a.m. I spoke to management Jessica Silva and she promise that it would be cleaned before we arrived early, she asked me to call when we we're on the way to the home from the airport. I also asked her if we could do a late checkout June 4th 2025 due to the flight not being until 4:00 p.m. she advised me to purchase an additional night which I did. Upon arriving at the home, it was never cleaned. I contacted Jessica and she came to the property. I showed her each and everything, each room had hair on the beds, there were towels in the dryer. There were crumbs in hair on the kitchen table. And I'm not talking about one little hair. Each room had hair on the beds I'm not kidding when I say every single room was disgusting. Each drawer to the dressers in the rooms had hair, debris and what looked like crumbs. When Jessica came to the property we were going over everything and she called me a liar and showed me pictures stating that the cleaning crew took these pictures before they left. On your phone when you are on a picture and you scroll up or at least on an Android phone you see the time and date. The pictures she was looking at and trying to show me that the home was cleaned was from May 19th. When I pointed that out to her she dismissed it

• Relaxing Cape Coral Getaway

  The house is well appointed and clean. The pool is especially nice. We had two small concerns that were quickly addressed by management.The nesting owls were a welcome surprise!

  We were impressed with this home. We are snowbirds and have rented numerous winter getaways. We found the house to be clean and well maintained. Being a pet friendly rental we did see evidence of pets. The grill was very clean, which is something we don’t often see. There was even a spare tank of LP in the garage. The pool has a platform and has a couple chairs that are perfect for relaxing with a beverage. The pool gets lots of sun and is nice and warm. Shame on me if I didn't mention the cute burrowing owls in the front yard. If we stayed a 2 or three weeks longer we would have seen their babies.

  The house was nice and clean. There is only seating for 4 in the living room. However there is a table toolbar seats 6 in the dining room and on the lanai. If you book through VRBO, you are not given the opportunity to pay for the heated pool and there were no instructions on how to request it. It does say in the listing that you have to request the heated pool prior to your stay. We would consider this property in the future. Great location.
