Resort like oasis
5/5 I recently stayed at this home with 3 other couples and it was a wonderful time. The house is beautiful. All of the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Loved that they each have their own en-suite bathroom. The kitchen was pretty well stocked. The best part about the house is the outdoor area. Between the pool, hot tub and outdoor bar, you feel like you're at a resort. The dock was a perfect hang out spot. Views were beautiful. Overall just a really nice getaway. It's located on a main road so the front is a little noisy but we were rarely in the front so it wasn't a problem. One thing to note is that Apple Maps takes you to the wrong location. Google maps worked best. The Publix is walking distance from the house which was super convenient. Had a great stay!

5/5 Specious home nearby Sanibel and Fort Meyers Beach. Beautiful pool and spa with large screened patio and pool area overlooking canal. Water access from Pier for kayaking and fishing. Bicycles available for touring area. Publix and restaurants walking distance from home.

AMAZING!
5/5 We stayed for a week with two families and grandaparents who ranged in age from 7-70. We had an amazing week at the home. Normally pictures make homes look better than they actually are and that was not the case with this home. We walked in and were completely blown away by the space. The outside area is truly AMAZING. We were so impressed with the amount of outdoor space and the view from the lanai can't be beat. We've stayed in Cape Coral for the past 5 years and this was easily the nicest home we have ever stayed in. The local contact, Sarah, was quick to respond to any questions and I was extremely impressed with her communciation. If we were to stay in Cape Coral again we would book this home every time. It checked every box for all of us - beautiful and clean inside, and amazing outdoor area - amazing pool/spa, bar, outdoor TV, and huge dock to fish off of, plus a home gym in the garage and bikes. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

5/5 The home was just as advertised and even better. Pobably one of the best stocked homes I have ever rented. We had 3 adult couples and a single with 2 kids under 2. (Kids and grandkids, awesome) everyone had a great sized bedroom with their own bath. The home was very clean and easy to find. The home is located on a main road but you hear zero traffic on the back lanai and in the pool. Close to shopping like 2 blocks close. Communication with owner was great and very responsive.
If I were to move to Florida I would want a spread like theirs.
