5/5 This property was nice. One thing more explained was how to turn the heat on the pool. We had to figure that out on our own.When we got there we reviewed the binder that explained everything we needed to know about the house. One thing about the binder is it had the previous owner contact information. He replied and told me he sold the house 2.5 years ago. I would suggest the binder be updated.Ng
