  The beds slept well. The over all cleanliness of the house left a lot to be desired. The knobs around the kitchen cabinets were dirty. The dishes inside needed to be washed before use. You need to wash the towels before you leave, but there was no laundry soap there. The knobs on the stove are all scrubbed off so you do not know the settings. The pool chair straps are tearing You can not set the ac lower than 73. The living room was a nice place to lunge in the evening.

  – Our cleaner consistently does a meticulous job preparing the home. We’ll pay extra attention to the cabinet knobs and dishware to ensure they’re spotless for future guests.
  – We don’t require guests to wash towels before checkout, our team handles all linens. The checkout instructions ask to leave all used linens in a pile.
  – The stove’s knobs work perfectly, but we’re upgrading them to avoid confusion. We’re also working on replacing the pool chaise lounges, which are exposed year-round but still functional. The thermostat is unlocked, and guests can adjust it to their preferred temperature.
