  This property is truly stunning

  The villa is beautifully decorated with

  Top notch furniture and accents

  What a find incredible

  Every thing you could possibly need

  So many extras including. A welcome pack of

  Bottled water in the fridge, coffee pods, shower amenities

  Welcome pack of chips biscuits and candy

  I can find not one thing negative to say,

  It is very well loved by the owner and taken good care of by the management co. Who is super helpful

  Upon arrival, the house was exactly as described. The house was clean, cool, and set up for guests. With welcome snacks, table nicely set, cute towel set-ups. The kitchen comes well equipped for cooking.

  The area is still being built back up, so there is an empty lot next door, but the house is in a nice neighborhood on a large canal.

  The pool was beautiful. The beds were comfortable, the open floor layout was great. Although the furniture looked modern and were nice, I do wish the couches were more comfortable to actually relax and lay on.

  I loved the safety factors of the safety locks on the back doors, screened in porch, and the fence around the back yard with a gate to the dock. We have a 5 yr old, so safety was big.

  Although the beach was about an hour away, there’s plenty to do, great restaurants nearby, and plenty to keep the kids entertained.

  The house came with games, puzzles, fishing poles, beach chairs, corn hole, a bouncy ball and volley ball, towel rack on the porch.

  Ms. Johnson was our contact, and I cannot say enough about her help. She was quick to respond, quick to help (when I locked us out of the door twice) LOL she was amazing!

  Let me start out by saying this was a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Very clean, with comfortable beds. A nice view of the canals. Appreciate the extra tv in the master as well as the lanai as we all do not watch the same stuff.

  This is our 4th stay in the last 6 years in homes in Cape Coral. We found this home slightly lacking in what we would normally expect in home of this caliber. Every other place we have rented have had small things that were lacking here. There were no laundry baskets to be found. There was only a Keurig style coffee maker. We would have liked to have had a regular drip style also. Every home we have stayed in has had a small selection of spices available, to keep from having to buy and then carry on. Here there wasn't even salt and pepper. There also was not any dish washing liquid or dish cloths in the kitchen but the Manager picked some up for us. She was very quick to respond. The last item was the internet. We found we had to reset the modem often to get it to come back. I know these are small picky things and they certainly did not detract from our stay, but they are things we have come to expect based on our past stays in homes of this caliber. I mention them only to allow the owners to make any corrections they would want.

• Beautiful home

  very nice home, beautifully decorated, had all amenities we needed. very comfortable beds and pillows. nice quiet area. sitting down by the canal was very relaxing. close to shopping and grocery store. cost per night for everything was very reasonable. we would stay there again.
