5/5 We use four criteria before any evaluation: Clean, Comfortable, Convenient, Safe. This property scores top marks on all four. Not only was the inside clean, the couches and cushions and table on the porch and chairs outside by the pool, hot tub and grill were also clean. The place has been newly renovated and it is well done and spacious. If you're a group, lots of space to find spaces for yourself or easy to accommodate the entire group - well laid out. All of the amenities are well maintained and worked perfectly. At night is was quiet and peaceful. As to convenience, easy to get to and there are a bunch of independent restaurants very close by, but for me, who abandons any idea of healthful eating while on a getaway, less than 3 minutes away is a mom and pop donut shop which was terrific! Fresh made every day - Yum! Sitting on the dock watching boats go by with my coffee and donuts in the morning was so relaxing. We had a chance to talk with the owners and they are gracious and accommodating. Very helpful. We typically do several getaways a year and they are fine however this time my summary is -We'll be Back.
