Nice place
4/5 Nice house. Well maintained. Has everything you need to cook and relax. Bikes, pool toys, bait buckets etc. Nice to have all the stuff you cant fly with already on site.

Christmas stay
4/5 Dave was very responsive and accommodating to our needs; we arrived on Christmas evening and he replied immediately to our questions upon arrival.The living room, kitchen, and outdoor spaces are all nice especially on the dock by the canal.The pool area is a bit small and there were only two chaise lounges.The neighborhood, home, and furnishings are a bit dated, and the bathrooms (especially master) are very small for a medium to large family.There are plenty of toys, kayaks, and floats. The home is located a short drive to shopping areas including Publix, Walmart, Target etc.
