5/5 Everything about this property was On-Point! The neighborhood is quiet & felt safe. The house was exactly how it's described & the furnishings are extremely nice. The house is neat & well cared for. The pool is beautiful & the lanai even has privacy curtains. Vern, the Guest Contact is personable & very willing to help with any troubles. Thing is...we never met Vern in person because we had no troubles. The owners sent a welcoming text our first day there & made sure everything was good. Highly recommend this property & if we're ever back in Cape Coral we will stay again if it's available.
