Fantastic Budget Friendly Home
5/5 This place is super inviting the minute you enter the property !
Situated on a quiet street with great neighbours you have your own little oasis in the backyard.
Pool temp was perfect for November, and the covered part of the lanai with the fire table was a nice touch !
Beds were all super comfortable, extra linens and cribs for the little ones if needed.
Would 100% stay at this property again :)

Super Comfy and Lots of open space!
5/5 My Upstate NY family of 9 were in Cape Coral for a wedding and couldn't asked for better accommodations. All beds, bedding, indoor furniture, outdoor furniture and appliances were of the best quality and super comfy! Communication with host was great!
We had 1 small issue the first day and it was addressed first thing the next morning.
The pool was used everyday due to the July heat. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to strip mall which included my favorite Florida discount store, Beall's outlet. Also, 3 min down the road was the Veteran's Memorial Park which we enjoyed seeing especially since my husband is a Veteran of the Navy.
I can't forget to mention that we were greeted with a BIG welcome basket that was much appreciated.
Great place to stay!
5/5 Beautiful home! Everything was just as in the listing! We enjoyed cooking on the grill and spending our free time in the screened in pool area! Thank you again for having us!

One of the best homes in Cape Coral!
5/5 This is a late review but this home was awesome. The blinds were cool, lol. The lanai was very pleasant. My kids loved the pool. The neighbor was quiet and close to all of the stores. The internet was fast. The beds were great and comfortable. Everything about this home was great. Cape coral has become our go to spot in Florida and would love to stay at this home again.
