• Nice villa with large pool

  We had a great time. We loved the large pool, which was really larger then expected since normally photos are taken in such a way that everything looks bigger. But this one was really large (at least for us). The location is also pretty good. It is in the older part of Cape Coral, close to everything. A lot of shops and supermarkets in the vicinity and the bridge to Ft. Myers (Beach) is just a few blocks down the road. That will save you time when going to the beach compared to a stay in the newer neighborhoods, which are mostly in the more remote western part of Cape Coral. The house itself is perfect as well, with a nice and practical interior. As mentioned in other reviews the airco in the smaller bedroom in the back could might need some maintenance, but that is really the only complaint. If we go back to Cape Coral we will certainly try to rent this house again.

• Great house, location, & view!

  Enjoyed our recent stay at this property! The location is perfect — lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, short drive into Ft Myers for even more options on activities. Lots of extra pillows and linens available, plenty of towels, well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the pool for hours daily (bonus points for having floats available for use), and took full advantage of the TV on the lanai at night to unwind and catch up on our shows after long days. The view from the back of the property is unbeatable! Loved having morning coffee out on the dock. We only used the master bedroom, so the AC was sufficient there, but would have been warm in the other bedrooms if those were being used as well. AC system is a little noisy, and with my husband being an HVAC Tech, he could clearly see how clogged the filters were, so those are in desperate need of changing and the whole system really in need of a thorough servicing. Living room seating isn’t incredibly comfortable so we didn’t spend much time in there. The burrowing owls a couple of doors down were great to see, we really enjoyed that!While we overall enjoyed our stay, I will remove 1 star because the house really should be a little cleaner than it was. There were obvious blood stains on the sheets, which was quite a turn off, and the lanai/pool area had food and debris brushed under the furniture which was a little gross to see when furniture was moved. If the cleaning was a bit more thorough, the house would easily be 5 stars.

  Enjoyed our time here for a week! Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, good kitchen items, and streaming service. Pool was wonderful for the kiddo and floats provided. Nice neighborhood. Close to many restaurants and the ocean. Thank you for the use of your wonderful home.
