Communication lacking
4/5 Location was great very quiet beautiful neighborhood. Burrowing owls a few houses down, a bonus! Lighting in the kitchen for early mornings very poor. Apparently no ability to control house temperature Alexa was supposed to respond to this but did not! Property manager did not respond to concerns in a timely manner at all! They need to beef it up! Otherwise the home was clean, beds were comfortable, nice pool, nice bikes to ride, plenty of room for our chocolate lab to roam.

5/5 5/5 Nice villa with large pool
5/5 We had a great time. We loved the large pool, which was really larger then expected since normally photos are taken in such a way that everything looks bigger. But this one was really large (at least for us). The location is also pretty good. It is in the older part of Cape Coral, close to everything. A lot of shops and supermarkets in the vicinity and the bridge to Ft. Myers (Beach) is just a few blocks down the road. That will save you time when going to the beach compared to a stay in the newer neighborhoods, which are mostly in the more remote western part of Cape Coral. The house itself is perfect as well, with a nice and practical interior. As mentioned in other reviews the airco in the smaller bedroom in the back could might need some maintenance, but that is really the only complaint. If we go back to Cape Coral we will certainly try to rent this house again.
