Great house with perfect location
5/5 Easy check-in, great house, incredible pool area and cinema room. Some minor negative things, very warm in two of the rooms upstairs and the quality of the pool water first days (when we informed Bryan it was fixed the following day)

BOOM BOOM STAY
5/5 This 4th of July family vacation was SPECTACULAR. After a few hot summer nights the Cape Coral fireworks display viewed from the balcony over looking the water was “ best fireworks display” you will see EVER.
The house, and especially the kitchen, was perfect for my large family, we had 10 in all.
Great dock for my 32’ World Cat. It was all we could do to get the grandkids out of the pool to go for boat rides.
Beautiful summer nights overlooking the water was just the re-set everyone needed.
Our entire family would like to thank Brian for his Excellent communication with the small issues that pop up at any stay and the way he handled them.
My family has already ask me to book this beautiful house for next years Fourth celebration.
If you are looking for the perfect family home to have a fun on the water vacation I highly recommend this one and Brian as they will make it a vacation to remember.
And I promise you will love the BOOM BOOM on the balcony.

Amazing home and pool area
5/5 Just an amazing home . Everything is top of the line and absolutely gorgeous .
The pool area is incredible, hot tub too along with the Tiki Hut .
Brian is the best . Will definitely be back .
