Great stay
5/5 Stayed three weeks and enjoyed every minute. The house is very comfortable. Especially enjoyed the patio/pool area.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood
5/5 Our stay was wonderful. The house was clean, spacious and well set up. Our favorite area was tha patio/ pool area. Fully screened with comfortable lounging furniture and a tv. The best thing was the pool, warm and relaxing, and no bugs!

Top rental home on waterfront
5/5 Our three-week stay in the house was excellent!
We were in the villa with our two children, their partners and our grandchild.
Everything was as promised, the pool was always at 28°Celsius (I'm not very good with the American medieval units of measurement). ;-)
The large lanai and the screen at the front without any annoying supports are worth mentioning, which guaranteed a beautiful panoramic view of the canal.
The house was in good condition, no damage from Hurricanes Ian and Milton (2024) was apparent.
The space was spacious and sufficient for 6 people.
The kitchen was like home, everything you need was there.

Perfection!
5/5 I cannot say enough good things about this house!! We have stayed in many houses in Cape Coral over the years but this was the best by far! House has everything you need and my contact was very quick to respond when needed. We WILL stay here again!
