Cape coral trip
5/5 Rosy and Gerry’s place is amazing! We felt just like being at home. We enjoyed the pool and tiki area on the dock. We are looking forward to another stay in 2026. Rosy was so great to work with she was always available for questions.

5/5 Beautiful home well stocked with everything needed for a vacation. Kayaks, fishing, beach chairs, heated pool, and towels. So much more. Kitchen well stocked with spices, small appliances , and dishes. Great communication from day 1 of booking. Home felt like home. Highly recommend. 2 families stayed and made great memories.

Relaxing Getaway
5/5 So glad we chose this property. It fit all of our needs and more. The owners were very accessible, friendly and answered all our questions timely. We had the best time! The neighborhood was quite and comfortable. The house had everything we needed, was well kept, and clean.

5/5 . This location was perfect! 5 minutes to downtown Cape Coral - 15/20 to FMB. The house and pool were spotless & they had every piece of beach gear you could ever need! Rosie was fabulous, attentive and thoughtful. We would absolutely recommend & stay here again.
