Amazing !
5/5 My 2 teenage boys and I were visiting family over Christmas week. This property is adorable. The landscaping is pristine making the back yard its own little oasis. Inside the house- no matter where you turn your eyes, there is something interesting! After Christmas dinner, I had to take my parents, aunts and uncles to the house to share the loveliness with them. They were all so enamored with it- both inside and out! Additionally, the property manager was great, the house was incredibly clean, everything we needed was right there. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! This house, if available, will now be part of our yearly tradition! Hopefully the friendly neighborhood cat, Stripe, will come visit us while where there again!

Cottage
5/5 The listing is very accurate. It’s clean and affordable and it worked out just fine because it was just me staying in town for business. Also like that, it had coffee available. Just a standard comment that I make with each day, when you’re paying a cleaning fee of almost $200 I don’t think you should have to take out the trash, but that’s just my opinion.

4/5 Our stay was wonderful. Cute home with great landscaping. It was very clean. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. If you are looking to stay in Cape Coral, would recommend this place.

Cottage Getaway
5/5 This was our second year at the cottage and it was just as lovely as the first year. Sitting in the yard is so relaxing with the palm trees, banana trees and beautiful flowers. We enjoyed wandering around the yard looking at the artwork that decorates both the inside and outside of the cottage. The proximity to the downtown area is the best. The owners are very attentive to any issues that might arise. We can't wait to come back next year!
