Cape Coral Get Away
4/5 The house was beautiful and perfect for me and my retired spouse and 2 brothers to come visit some family in the area. We came right after hurricane Milton. We had an early morning flight on Sunday so I called the property manager on Friday morning to make sure we would be able to stay. I then had to call her again at 5:00 pm Saturday because she had not gotten back to me and our flight was leaving very early the next morning. The house did have some problems with bugs, but the exterminator came later that week in which he also found bugs. The grill was dirty, the internet box was dead, (took 2 days to replace), no wi-fi, and very limited supplies. Even the check-in letter mentioned that the welcome book was currently outdated. There was exactly 1 towel and wash cloth per person, no dish rags and only 2 dish towels in the whole place. We immediately had to go to the store so that we could get TP, Paper towels and garbage bags, etc. The check in letter stated that a guest welcome kit which contained paper products and other convenient essentials would be waiting. There was not one and we even had to fill an empty soap dispenser in the bathroom as soon as we arrived at the home. The house is beautiful and honestly, I would stay there again, but wanted others to be aware of some of the things we dealt with upon our arrival.

Very comfortable home.
5/5 We enjoyed our stay here very much. The home is very nicely decorated and clean. The pool and lanai are very nice, we enjoyed our morning coffee and evenings sitting out there and it was very nice to have the lagoon in the backyard, my daughter and fiance enjoyed using the kayaks. The kitchen has all the basics in it; however the pans need to be replaced, the nonstick coating is all scratched up and wearing off (not healthy to cook with). The house is in a quiet neighborhood and close to shops, restaurants and bars. Overall, a very nice home and it was a very pleasant stay.
