• Absolutely Beautiful Home and Excellent Host!!

  I would HIGHLY recommend this home!! Amit is a wonderful host and he provided superb hospitality!! He was very accommodating to our team. We absolutely LOVED our stay in his property and we would definitely rent his home again!

  It’s a gorgeous property and a very spacious home, with a wonderful floor plan, and located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The home was very clean, with beautiful and refreshing decor, had a wide variety of dish-ware, and pots and pans that were very helpful for our extended stay and being able to cook. Cabinets are stocked with lots of houseware items, and the cabinets are labeled, which made finding things a lot easier. The refrigerator is huge and very modern. A home manual booklet was provided with house rules and instructions which was helpful to reference.

  The game room created lots of fun, laughter and entertainment for our kids! (And for us big kids too) :) The community pool is beautiful, big, and has very comfortable and relaxing patio seating/covering with lawn chairs.

  The bathroom shower conveniently had shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser. The bathroom sinks had hand soap and lotion dispensers. The kitchen had dish soap dispensers and hand soap dispensers. Anything you could possibly need during your stay was carefully and thoughtfully available throughout the home.

  The AC provided the perfect temperature throughout our stay. The beds, bedding and bed comforters were very comfortable and refreshing. The high ceilings throughout the home made the home feel more relaxing.

  The open kitchen floor plan really allowed our team to spend precious quality time together. The separate dining room and living room space allowed us to have more intimate and private conversations when needed. The screen patio was comfortable and a nice alternate space to hang out. The lawn chairs and fire pit provided a very casual environment, along with the picnic bench. The cows in the backyard were a fun bonus. :)

  Having a washer and dryer was very convenient.

  The check-in process was seamless. It was very convenient to have a digital code lock on the door so that we don’t have to worry about having house keys.

  Amit has excellent communication skills and responds promptly. He really went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was a pleasant and enjoyable one. We are very appreciative of all of his efforts and him opening the doors of his home to our family! Thank you, Amit!!

  We loved this home! Seven of us stayed in the home while attending a conference.

  It was tidy and clean! Nice bed linens and towels. We didn't use the beds in the garage/game room. It was stuffy and had a "stagnant" odor, but we had no idea that we should turn on the unit. So not the owner's fault at all. We loved the coffee maker options and the stocked kitchen - even an Insta-pot. The outdoor screened patio and lake view (with cows) was a plus! We could go out for quiet time and reflection. The community pool is about 1/2 mile or so away but totally worth going to relax in the sun. Super stay for the price! Owner was great about communicating and asking if there were any issues.

  We had a moms get away and this house was perfect. The owner took time to make sure every detail was covered, the cabinets and light switches were labeled which was awesome! The house was located near lots of food and shopping and we really enjoyed the cows in the back yard!! The owner text us and made check in and check out super easy.
