Great house and location!!
5/5 This was our third year renting the house for an extended period and as always was great. The location is fantastic with the lake right out the back of the house and quite neighborhood. Close to Tampa but not too close. Host a very responsive and go above and beyond!

Perfect getaway!
5/5 This is an awesome place. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I truly enjoyed sitting by the pool and enjoying the lovely view from the backyard. This property is not far from some cool hang out spots. I would love to return one day.

Great Getaway
4/5 The home was very convenient for our family to be in town for the holidays. Our family lives around the corner which was wonderful to pop over to visit.
Spacious room for us to gather and the heated pool was a treat. Dock to watch the sunrise and see wildlife.
Would rent again.
Visiting family in Florida
5/5 The property fulfilled all our needs. Was very roomy and the open floor plan was great for relaxing and just being together. The living space opened onto a pool and screened patio with a beautiful view of the lake. Exceptional sunrises. There were kayaks for the guest to use on the lake. Quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.
