Could be a really nice place.
2/5 The property was renovated nicely. However, there was an infestation of ants in the house. When we woke up the first morning the trash can was covered in ants and anything left on the counter such as an open bag of chops was full of ants.

"Hi Dennis, thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you appreciated the renovations to the property, but we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience caused by the ants during your stay. While we weren’t aware of the issue until after your departure, we immediately arranged for pest control to treat both the interior and exterior of the home. We’ve also been informed that a nearby tree attracts ants, and we’ve implemented routine treatments to prevent this from affecting future stays.

5/5 Such a cute little home with all the necessary amenities! We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and back yard until we couldn’t ignore weather alerts and had to return to safety. The owner was super understanding with us leaving on short notice and was happy we got to safety. With how wonderfully set up the property is and how secluded our trip felt we will return in the future to enjoy it for a full vacation!
