Memorial for Dad
4/5 Had a pleasant stay. House was clean. King and Queen matresses were comfortable...twin beds not very comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet. Location was perfect! Thanks!

Convenient to IMG but needs updating
4/5 The place was clean and the beds were comfortable so that is a win. It is out dated and could use some updates (cabinets, master bath, etc.), but for the neighborhood it's in I could see why that might not make sense from a price point. It met our needs, but for the money we would not stay again. The master bath was probably the biggest negative. With a loud pocket door you wouldn't close it if you had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, but the toilet is right there so it was odd. The water pressure was super hard which was actually nice, but water got everywhere because of it also. No wine glasses. Owner was responsive when my husband mentioned a gap near the roof. He said the roof was being fixed in a couple weeks. The convenience to IMG was a plus despite the traffic. Some upgrades could easily make this a 5 star location.
