5/5 Wonderful place! Beautiful canal (fun for kayaking!!), pool was amazing! The house was very so cute. Short drive to beaches. Bicycles were added fun! We enjoyed our stay..

2/5 Smaller than pictures. Outside around dock it was not kept up and dirty. Nothing special. Everything was provided but a few items were either broken or not in good condition to use. The solid plus was how easy it was to get out of the canal to the gulf. I also very much enjoyed the bathtub and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Overall we would not come back to this property.

- The guest did not mention any broken or missing items during their stay, despite having my contact information upon check-in to address any concerns, so we were unable to replace them at the time.
- Our cleaning crew inspects the dock area at every turnover, and we also have biweekly lawn service.
- As the dock is outdoors, it’s out of our control to prevent leaves and debris from gathering because of natural factors.

Great Weekend
5/5 We had a great stay. There were four of us for two nights and we all enjoyed the place. Everything is clean and up to date. We loved the parking since there were two full size pickups and one boat trailer. It was nice having the canal in the back yard. My son caught a few nice snook, I wasn’t so lucky. The owner was very responsive also. All in all we enjoyed it and my wife said she would stay there again.
