  We had a perfect stay at this impeccably clean condo right on the beach. Convenient access and within walking distance to Bridge Street restaurants, bars, and shopping. The condo is perfect for 2 people and the beach decor made it feel comfy and homey. Nice to have a washer and dryer available, as well as all the beach amenities; coolers, towels, floats, etc. The deck had very nice furniture; table, 2 chairs, umbrella and a drying rack if needed. The deck also overlooked the pool which we enjoyed, and was also very clean! Being only steps from the white sand beach was a major plus. We enjoyed the area as it was clean, quiet, and safe. This condo is in a great location and in perfect proximity to other nearby beaches if you are up for exploring. My husband and I took a manatee kayak tour out to Greer Island and had the opportunity to see dolphins up close. We also drove to Longboat Key and had a delicious dinner there. Locals are friendly and welcoming! Kitchen has all the amenities if you are interested in cooking; fridge, stove, microwave, toaster and blender. Literally, this condo was perfectly equipped and well suited for 2 people. Neece, the owner, was very helpful in answering all questions and providing great recommendations. We would be very happy to return to this gem of a place to stay in Bradenton Beach! Thank you Neece for providing the perfect getaway spot, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip to the Gulf Coast! Don’t miss this Bradenton Beach treasure!

  Everything went very smoothly! Niece was a great host! The condo was absolutely perfect for my husband and I! We will be back!

  Very clean, convenient to restaurants. Literally steps to the beach. The just was easy to communicate with. Next time, might try one of the until facing the ocean, but otherwise, a great stay

  Nice spot on Bradenton Beach.

  The condo is on the smaller side, but for two people, it was fine.

  Has a small washer and dryer which was nice.

  The beach is literally just a few steps away. Chairs are provided, and the condo is close enough to go back to make a drink or whatever.

  I was a little concerned to learn the AC couldn’t be set below 73, but it was plenty cool enough.

  The pool was clean and nice too, although we really didn’t use that much.

  Really, everything you might need is provided for you.
