Bradenton Townhome - Walk to Locals-Only Beach!

  Spacious townhome unit with 3 floors, 1 elevator and double car garage, ample parking spaces and nice pool. Pool has excess clorox it destroyed my royal blue bikini, as it turned purple after an hour of being in pool. All bedrooms were spacious. Master bedroom had a sewage smell coming from the drain that made us keep the bathroom door closed at all times. The blinds do not have black outs properly installed so the rooms are bright in the morning hours. Forget about sleeping in. The third floor's AC does not get cooler than 75-78 degrees even if you set the thermostat between 65-70. It is very hot on the third floor. The home can accommodate 2 people in each room and if you have lots of kids an inflatable can fit just about anywhere. The kitchen is worn out. The stove is for induction and nobody takes induction pans on vacation in order to boil some pasta or a coffee maker that is compatible with that stove top. That was inconvenient.

  -We’re glad you enjoyed the spaciousness of the home and found the pool to be a nice feature. We always encourage guests to notify our property manager immediately if any issues arise so we can quickly assess and resolve them, ensuring you have the best possible stay.
  
  -We’re sorry to hear that your swimwear was discolored. Our pool service visits twice weekly to clean and carefully test and adjust chemical levels. Moving forward, we’ll request that guests be notified if any additional chemicals have been applied.
  
  -Regarding the sewage odor, we apologize for the inconvenience. We have had our plumbing service assess the property and address any underlying issues.
  -As for window coverings, we currently provide filtered lighting rather than blackout blinds. However, we will consider adding blackout options based on guest feedback.
  
  -We understand that August brought an unexpected heatwave to the area. While our A/C units are new and receive regular service from our HVAC company to ensure they function optimally, we are committed to ongoing monitoring to ensure maximum comfort.
  
  -The kitchen is designed to be of a higher standard than most in the area, as it was created by a professional chef who outfitted it for personal use. In 2022, we added a new refrigerator and cooktop, and we’re prepared to upgrade appliances as needed to maintain the kitchen’s quality.
  
  -We provide a full set of induction-ready cookware and will check if any replacements are necessary. We’re also sorry to hear that your coffee maker didn’t work with induction. We offer three options—a Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker, a Keurig machine, and a French press—and will supply an induction-compatible coffee pot if available.

  We loved our stay!! The only things we would say is that there needs to be more cooking pans and maybe updated beds? No one in our group slept great, but other than that our stay was amazing! Great area! Would for sure come back!

• Perfect place, perfect stay!

  This rental is the perfect size for a group of 3 couples, 6 adults. Everything that we needed for a 4 night trip was available for use in the home. We visited the beach every day and there were chairs, umbrellas, beach toys and a beach wagon to haul it in. The walk to the beach was right across the street and we were able to easily have a morning walk to see the sunrise, have a full beach day and come back for sunset. We were close to the grocery store, restaurants and the gas station but at the same time the location of this rental wasn’t in the busy areas. The pool at the rental was perfect for an after beach calm retreat. Even though the home was 3 levels, the air conditioning worked amazing. Each room had very comfortable beds and we were happy that they were all Queen or King size. There were also 3 full bathrooms, so each couple could have their own. It was the perfect place for a long weekend getaway … a retreat to paradise!

• Hurricane Vacation

  The townhome is awesome!!! It is as beautiful!!! Five Star all the way!!! It is very clean and has updated modern features. The access to the beach is very easy. We had an outstanding time even after a hurricane!
