• Great location, house needs updating

  I wrote an extensive email to the property manager that was never acknowledged thus I am here leaving a review that is less than 5 stars, which I rarely ever do.

  Main points to know:

  Location is fantastic.

  Open concept living area was great for us all to be together at once and fit 7 adults comfortably.

  Elevator works for any one who may need it.

  Very strong sulfur smells in the shower which is normal for Florida but a heads up would’ve been nice. (Wasn’t a pleasant experience for two pregnant women dealing with nausea and super scent!)

  Pull out couch is NOT suitable as a sleeping arrangement. Mattress needs to be replaced. I purchased and left an extra thick topper and even that didn’t make it comfortable enough. That said, the place comfortably sleeps 6 and can accommodate 7 if 1 person is okay sleeping on the couch (which is also flat in the middle..)

  TV remotes do not all work. They should be labeled.

  House needs a deep clean and linens need to be replaced. Lots of dust and stains.

  The place has a lot of promise! But for what you pay I expected better. By all means it was doable, but we are a very easy to please family and others may not feel the same.

  Hi Jenna, we’re so glad you enjoyed the location, open-concept living space, and elevator access, though we're sorry some aspects fell short of your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your review, and they wanted to share the following:
  – We understand how important guest communication is and apologize for the oversight in not responding to your post-stay email, where you shared that you had a great vacation. During your visit, our property manager was in contact and worked to resolve concerns, including issuing a partial refund, so we believed everything had been taken care of. Moving forward, she’ll ensure all guest emails are replied to and shared with us for full visibility and follow-up.
  – We haven’t received reports of a sulfur smell, but we appreciate you flagging it. We’ve scheduled a plumber to take a look. We know pull-out couches aren’t always the most comfortable, and we’re actively exploring better alternatives to improve guest comfort. The remotes are now working with fresh batteries, and we’re labeling them to make things easier for guests. We’ve been looking into a more reliable way to keep extra batteries stocked without them disappearing.
  – The townhome is deep-cleaned from ceiling to floor twice a year, and we’ve shared your feedback with our cleaners. Some natural marble variations may look like stains, but the floors are clean.

• Great house for a relaxing February getaway

  This home was clean and convenient. It was located across the street from the Gulf. We were there February the beach was not busy so it was so relaxing & enjoyable. The rooftop deck was so nice in the morning for sunrise & evening for sunset. The pool was warm on chilly evenings. We shared the home with another couple. We had plenty of room. I contacted the manager once and she was very quick to respond. This home was located close to many restaurants & shops. The neighborhood felt safe.

  The house is located in a perfect location. A half a block from the beach. Free bus service was convenient even with a stroller. The pool and hot tub made for a perfect night in.
