Unit not ready; no air conditioning
2/5 The unit was not ready at our check-in time with the sheets in the washer. Was told by owner that someone would be "right over". That never happened and we had to make the bed ourselves (not a big deal). The bigger issue was that the air conditioning didn't work, we were blamed for not using the thermostat correctly, the owner made no effort to relocate us and we were reimbursed about 50% for what a night of lodging would cost for 5 adults on AMI. The air conditioner was repaired the next day and was caused by a leak on roof.

- The unmade bed was addressed right away, and the guest let us know it wasn’t an issue.
- When the AC concern was reported late in the evening, a local contact inspected it that night, and a technician repaired the unit the following morning.
- A refund for one night was provided in acknowledgment of the inconvenience.

4/5 You can't beat the location of this apartment/condo. Its right next to the beach with a view of the sunset everyday. It contained everything to ensure a good stay; pool accessories, a fine kitchen, and comfortable beds.We will be anxious to stay again.

5/5 Great location! Loved being right across the street from the beach. Stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of beach chairs, towels and umbrellas. Would stay here again.
