3/5 House was clean and in a great location, near I75 and the beach. Family friendly neighborhood and very quite.House was well stocked with towels, cookware, pool toys and BBQ grill. We had a problem with the heat but the property manager Robert was able to get us space heaters until the problem was fixed. Robert also had to fix the kitchen faucet and the primary bathroom window and toilet seat. Hot tub was dirty so we did not use it. Read the fine print the pool is heated if you pay extra. I feel the tag line to advertise the house is a little misleading.
