  The house was exactly as it was promised. Quiet, serene, well-kept, nice rooms, nice amenities. Loved every bit of it.

  House was clean and in a great location, near I75 and the beach. Family friendly neighborhood and very quite.House was well stocked with towels, cookware, pool toys and BBQ grill. We had a problem with the heat but the property manager Robert was able to get us space heaters until the problem was fixed. Robert also had to fix the kitchen faucet and the primary bathroom window and toilet seat. Hot tub was dirty so we did not use it. Read the fine print the pool is heated if you pay extra. I feel the tag line to advertise the house is a little misleading.

• Bonita Home

  The home is in a great neighborhood, close to Interstate 75 and beach. The house is well stocked with cookware and towels. Very nicely set up. Bed are comfortable and house was clean.

  The description of the home Hot Tub and Heated Pool is a little deceiving, read the fine print there is a charge to heat the pool! The hot tub was dirty with a ring around the tub, so we didn't even use it.

  We arrived late on Thursday so we really didn't notice the heat wasn't working but when we got up Friday morning and the house was 63 degrees I knew something was wrong. I got in touch with the Property Manager Robert and he was very quick to answer me and came over to check it out. He was unable to fix it but put a call in to have a HVAC company to come and fix it. Robert went out and got us space heaters for each of the bedrooms so that we had heat. He came back on Saturday and had to fix the kitchen faucet and while he was there he fixed the primary bathroom window(it wasn't shutting due to condensation.) The primary toilet seat was loose so he also fixed that. The HVAC company came on Monday and supposedly fix the heat but when we return back to the house the thermostat was not even on. The HVCA guy came Tuesday morning and finally fix it. Robert was great he kept checking in with us.
