Outstanding Location, Beautiful Home
5/5 Our family had a great vacation! The home is located very close to the community pool and the playground, making it perfect for entertaining our bigger kids while the little one napped. The home had plenty of room for all of us (4 adults, 3 kids) and felt very spacious. The home has been well maintained and was very clean when we arrived. Highly recommend.
Cozy summer rental
5/5 We stayed here with two adults and four teenagers ranging from 13-18. The house was beautifully decorated and just as the listing stated. We were worried it might seem cramped but it never did! Every room has a ceiling fan which was great during the hottest week of the year. The pool is directly across the street which was perfect and no extra fees. The location is great. Easy to get to all the major beaches and restaurants from here. If you’re planning on cooking you will need to bring everything as the kitchen is pretty bare bones.

I wish I could give this two reviews: one for the house and one for the misleading listing
3/5 The house was perfect for our needs. Bedding and seating were comfortable. Very clean. It was decorated beautifully, not too decorated where there was no room for our things.
The downside: The listing stated the property was .5 mile from a private beach. It was roughly .5 mile from what they are calling a private beach. I would call it more of a lookout. There was a sign posted that read, No trespassing not owned by Cape Windsor DO NOT ENTER BEACH and cameras.
We were traveling with a toddler and two babies so the private beach was why we choose this location over other options.
