Trip to The Beach
5/5 We all enjoyed our trip to Bethany Beach and surrounding beaches. This house was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The property owner was nice and easy to communicate with and helpful with check in and check out.

Fabulous!
5/5 We loved our stay at this beautiful home! We vacationed with two of our adult children and their families which included 4 of our grandchildren. The house is designed to accommodate everyone and it is so beautiful yet comfortable with a great room to enjoy time together. Phil and Renee were such wonderful hosts and though everything was perfect from beginning to end they were attentive and so helpful to a few questions we had before our arrival. Phil and Renee have designed this home to be a perfect vacation spot for us!

Excellent Stay
5/5 House was beautiful as shown in the pictures. Not only was the house clean and welcoming, the hosts were extremely attentive. They offered assistance before check in, during our stay, as well as preparing for our departure. If you don’t mind the short drive to Bethany Beach, this is the perfect place to stay as the area offers beautiful grounds to enjoy a walk on the trails or a recreational area for the children to swim and play.
Family Reunion
5/5 We met several family members in the Bethany area for a short reunion. Three different families stayed in this house and it was a very comfortable fit. Good location. Not too far from the beach, but not in a crowded area. We enjoyed the pool, sidewalks for the little one to ride his scooter and the bike paths. We had a very enjoyable time and would stay here again. Thank you!
