Large townhouse
4/5 Although our stay was nice, I feel it necessary to share my experience regarding the linens....I was very surprised to be contacted by the property management company and told that I HAD to rent all the bedroom sheets from a third-party vendor or my reservation would be cancelled. This is NOT what was listed in the property description on VRBO (it says you CAN rent them) so be prepared to have that added expense. Now the comforters and pillow shams are not rental items, they are provided. I am not sure there is logic in having to rent sheets but still sleeping with pillows and comforters that are provided? Hopefully the comforters and pillows are laundered after each use??!!! If your washing comforters and shams after every turn over, why wouldn't you just wash the sheets you provide as well? Seems very weird to have to rent sheets but comforters are provided? There were no toiletries of ANY kind provided. Other than these drawbacks, it was a very convenient house for family members of all ages.

5/5 Wanted one bedroom on the main floor which it had. Nice size bedrooms. Large master suite bathroom. Many comfortable sofas. Great coffee/tea bar. Convenient to Giant. Recommend the Frankford Family Diner a few miles away.

Perfect place for a family getaway!
5/5 We had a wonderful time at this vacation rental home near Bethany Beach. The house was spacious and clean, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the central air conditioning, the washer and dryer, and the private patio. The location was great too - just a few miles from Bethany Beach and close to many other beaches in the area. We also enjoyed spending time at Bethany Beach Boardwalk, and the beach.
