  Great place! Plenty of space. Clean. Easy check in and out. Only downside is the living room tv did not work. Planned on doing a family movie night the first night and couldn’t. Reached out and didn’t hear back. Not a huge deal. 9/10!

  Thank you for your feedback. The remote has been replaced, and the TV was confirmed to be fully operational with instructions provided for guest use. There is also a TV in the master bedroom. Our records indicate that we received only one email during our travel days to Delaware, and it seems there may have been some miscommunication as we did not see any phone calls or text messages come through. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed your time, and we truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us.

  Very nice stay! We were happy with the cleanliness of the place. It was very nice and convenient for the host to provide us with toiletries, towels, beach towels, chairs and more. The location is perfect in between lewes and rehobeth. The baby gate and booster seat saved us! A little strange to have to do the laundry of the towels provided but other wise a great stay.

  Thank you for the kind words. We are so glad you were able to use the beach equipment and children’s extras. During peak season our cleaners do not have time to wash and dry the beach towels before the next guest arrives, but I will look into a second set of towels.

  We absolutely loved this place. It is roomy and comfortable. Had everything we needed. It’s clean and cozy and the decor is so pretty . Very coastal feeling. We recommend this place and will definitely stay there again. The host is pleasant and very accommodating.

  We had a really nice time and enjoyed our stay in the townhouse. Everything was very clean and organized. We appreciated the very comfortable beds! We also really appreciated the sheets and towels provided. The little details, like the coffee pods, were also very nice. The owner was very responsive and stayed in communication with us. Thank you!!! We look forward to returning soon.
