Summer vacay
5/5 Awesome location, nice clean space with a great layout. Pool was right across the street- so close to shopping and beaches!

Great location & amenities
4/5 Overall good experience, the property is just as described. We really love this neighborhood, it's amenities and proximity to downtown Lewes as well as the outlets, Cape Henlopen. I was concerned about the cleanliness of the floors as that had been mentioned in a couple of reviews. I was relieved that the floors were clean, however, they had been washed but not rinsed, and there was a very strong bleach cleaner smell in the condo. Floors were a bit sticky, so we wiped them with a wet cloth. Also, upon returning to the condo after dinner there was a very strong cigarette/marijuana smoke smell in the condo. Guessing this was coming from the unit upstairs. This might not bother everyone, but I am very sensitive to odors. The smell dissipated on the 2nd day. Overall the condo is very nice, comfortable and had everything we needed.
