CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 3:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. As soon as possible before your scheduled arrival date, please reach out to the Guest Contact to obtain the code to the keyless entry
- 3 passes (1 oceanside parking pass, 1 community pool pass, and 1 recreation center pass) will be available inside the unit upon arrival
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM (the cleaners arrive promptly at 10:00 AM)
- You must leave all 3 passes inside the unit in their designated areas
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the townhome by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the townhome is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
