CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. Prior to your arrival, the Guest Contact will provide the code to the keyless entry
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out is at 10:00 AM. If you check out earlier, please let the Guest Contact know
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Please throw out leftovers that you are not going to take with you. Unused food can be left in the refrigerator or on the counter. Our cleaning service will take it and donate it locally to others in need
- Please take all trash out of the home and put it in the bear-proof trash can inside the garage. If you are leaving on a Thursday, please roll the garbage can to the end of the driveway and leave it along the northwest edge of the driveway towards Baldwin Street, but before the sidewalk begins
- Please put dishes in the dishwasher, add detergent, and run it
- Please strip bed linens that were used and pile the linens on the floor. If a bed was not used, please leave the bed made
- Please load the towels into the washing machine with a Tide pod and start the wash cycle
- Check the gas stove to ensure the dials are completely off and the oven is also turned off
- Please ensure the fireplace and thermostat are turned off
- Please unplug the space heaters
- Please log out of any personal streaming subscriptions on the Smart TV
- Close and lock windows and the sliding deck door
- Leave garage door opener on the kitchen island
- Please do a final check of every room for personal items
- Please make sure the front door is closed. Once you are out, press the lock button on the lower left-hand side of the keypad and ensure that it is locked
- Please make sure the garage door is closed
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
