3/5 The property needs to be updated. It has a great view of pikes peak from the tiny corner of the 2 level balcony. There was an issue with a dog running loose in the neighborhood and barking incessantly. The manager and owner threatened to evict us in 2 emails and a phone call assuming it was our dog. I let them know we did not have an animal on the property. They continued to contact us with the eviction threat. I have rented many times from VRBO and have never been treated like this.

- We did receive reports of a dog on the property, which is against house rules. While we worked to clarify the situation, we’re sorry if the communication felt tense.

Perfection in Woodland Park
5/5 Great for a large family. So convenient to Pikes peak, North Pole,
Dinosaur museum. The views are to die for and the hot tub hit the spot after chasing a 3 year old up and down the mountains. I hated leaving.
