- The property is located in the Iron Horse Resort

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
- From Route 40 northbound, turn left at the light onto Iron Horse Way Drive
- Pass the first building (C) on your left and continue up the hill
- You will see the skybridge connecting Buildings C with D
- Below the bridge you will see the Building D garage door on your right
- If the garage is full, the Building C garage generally has more space available

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- We will try to accommodate early check-in if possible. A text message will be sent as soon as the condo is ready
- Luggage carts are kept in the garages for your convenience. Please return after use for the next visitor
- The access codes for the community amenities and unit keyless entry will be provided prior to check in 
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Return ski locker key and parking passes
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Leave all slept-in beds unmade
- Place all used towels in a pile
- Please turn thermostat to 65 degrees
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
-  Ensure there is no running water in toilets, sinks, or dishwasher
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- Please do not leave any skis or boots in hallways or against the walls
- Please do not store items on the deck, including bikes and coolers
- No bikes in building; must be in the bike room/locker
-  In the event of heavy snow, please broom the snow off the deck to prevent build up and a hazard to
other owners below

- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve

PARKING:
- 1 vehicle can be parked in the community parking garage
- 1 additional vehicle can be parked in the community parking lot
- Garage parking is first-come, first-served. If the Building D garage is full, try Building C or look for a space outside in the community parking lot
- Hang tags are required for parking.  One is specific for parking in the garage and the other allows parking in the outside lot. The parking permits will be on the shelf just inside the front door upon your arrival
- Parking permits must be hung from the mirror at all times, or vehicles will be ticketed or towed
- Additional street parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis
