5/5 We had a really great time,the house was wonderful, it had everything we needed,we loved the second deck,we hung out there alot .thank you hope to stay there again. The dryer was out but we made it work out for us thanks again

From the Owner: "Thanks for the nice review, but I'm sorry you had a problem with the dryer. My wife and I were up there earlier this week, and we washed/dried our sheets prior to checking out, and the dryer worked well. On the washing machine, there are some instructions to run the spin cycle 1-2 more times after the wash cycle is complete before putting your clothes in the dryer, but I need to make that clearer. If you do that, the dryer will do the trick! If you don't, you have to dry your clothes for a long, long time. Again, so sorry for the hassle, but I will definitely make those instructions clearer for the next guest and when you come back!"
Amazing introduction into Winter Park
5/5 Mr.Bob made our stay at Winter Park one of the best family trips we’ve ever taken! The location is less than a mile away from the Winter Park resort town, which has millions of fun things to do at any age. Our cabin was 2bd/2bath with a full kitchen and good sized living room. We spent 3 nights and loved every minute of it. Very clean, very warm with the decor, it really felt like going to grandmas lol. 10/10 recommend! I will definitely be brining my friends here next year.

Excellent
5/5 Couldn’t be happier with the rental. Mr Bob is a stellar host and this condo will not disappoint! The pine trees and views off the back deck were beautiful. We adored the decor, fireplace, hot tub, pool. There are dishes, silverware, we even had coffee filters to use and hot some tea. My kids had their own room and slept great. The heaters were excellent. This place is minutes from Winter Park ski resortAnd down town both. Absolutely beautiful and perfect.Thank you and we WILL be back!
