  carpet needed to be vacuumed and cleaned. lots of stains, dirt, etc. Nice of a prior user to leave the used teeth flossing material next to the headboard, but we elected to pass. Unit is old. Good location, although no privacy on the "balcony" as people walk by to their unit from the pool.

  Very secure location. Every time you turn around you need to put in the 5 digit building code and the 6 digit unit code. Got old.

  -Regarding the balcony, it's important to note that it is not advertised as private, and the images provided clearly depict its accessibility to other units. Many guests appreciate the convenience of its proximity to the pool and hot tubs.
  -We understand that some guests may find the access codes cumbersome. However, given the Resort's exceptional ski-in/out location and the high-quality pool/hot tub amenities in Winter Park, property management deems it necessary to ensure access is secured for owners and their guests.
  -Concerning the carpet, we acknowledge the need for replacement, which was originally scheduled for the beginning of the season. Unfortunately, due to supply and labor shortages, this was delayed. Rest assured, the replacement will take place in the coming weeks.
  Our commitment to providing an exceptional stay remains steadfast, and we eagerly anticipate hosting many more satisfied guests.

  We loved the ski-in ski-out access and great amenities including two hot tubs! Apartment was quiet and clean. Easy parking and 7 minute walk to the Winter Park village!

• Great place

  My family and I went for a Ski vacation for almost a week and had a great time at this place. Even though it is a small place it has everything you need and the location is great. Place was clean and equipped. Good communication. The ski in/ ski out option was really nice too. Winter Park is super fun! Would stay at this place again.

• Great studio

  I spent 3 days enjoying Winter Park with my daughter from this great studio. It had everything we needed, it was clean with a sufficiently outfitted kitchen. We really enjoyed the easy access to the lifts and the hot tubs at the end of the day. It was an easy walk into the village for dinner and wandering.
