Major celebrations in our life
5/5 We travel in October for many reasons .. my wife's birthdate, our Anniversary and celebrating the end of the covid coma that nearly ended our life together! Please stayv at VRBO! its home, but a little better than home

Perfect for our Family!
5/5 This house was perfect for our family! They provided everything for us. The only problem we had was that the bunk bed room’s A/C wasn’t working, other than that everything was perfect! The house was close to a lot of places we went to. We would definitely come back to this place!

Property not as advertised
2/5 I messaged the owner twice with questions prior to coming out, as we were pulling a trailer and had questions as where to park it etc. no response was received.
Upon arrival, the neighbor was yelling at us from his window at 10:30 pm ‘YOU CAN’T PARK HERE’. We called the police department to inquire where we could park our trailer, turns out we could park it there in front of that unit. We did not. We went back into town at 11 pm and were able to leave it at the post office. The property was not very clean. Inches of dust on all ceiling fans & light fixtures and base boards. No bath mat or wash cloths in master bath. The screen door to the patio would not open. The patio was a mess. Cushions were dirty & flipped over & off the chairs. We were disappointed with this property overall.

Hi Stephanie, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We regret any communication issues you experienced prior to your arrival. We did not receive any communication from you before or during your stay, and we would have been happy to have rectified the issues immediately
- We have scheduled a deep cleaning of the unit every six months to maintain higher cleanliness standards. Immediate attention will be given to dusting ceiling fans, light fixtures, and baseboards
- Bath mats and washcloths will be supplied in all bathrooms for future guests
- The screen door to the patio will be repaired, and the outdoor furniture will be cleaned and arranged properly during the Summer/Fall season

4/5 Our family of four enjoyed staying at this property over spring break. It was clean and a nice amount of space for two adults and two children. We particularly liked the location, which was both a close drive to winter park resort for skiing and within a short walk to the Frazier river trail for snowshoeing. The bus stop for the shuttle to winter park is also very close. Thank you!
