Great location, poor communication
3/5 The location was fantastic, however I left a souvenir cup I bought on the counter as we left. I reached out to ask the owner if they'd mail it at my cost. I never even received a response. I felt that was incredibly rude. Once you have my money from the stay then you can't even bother to respond. It was only a $15 cup but it was the principal that they never even responded that I felt was rude.
