  I had read the other review and I hate to say this, our stay was GREAT...... Everything was just right.Well keep and please believe me my friends are very classy and picky. The owner got back to me quickly and everything was just right.... Not far anything . THANKS AGAIN.....

• Well equipped, cozy condo

  Cute, cozy condo with several nice touches. Kitchen amenities were perfect - little things like a higher end (quiet) dishwasher show the owners took extra steps I have not seen in other condos at this price point. Beds were comfortable, decor was perfect. The main living area is tight, so that is something to note if you plan on having more than 4-5 people in the condo. We had two adults and a teen and that seemed about perfect. The description does note the tv is equipped for Netflix but that is not the case. An upgrade to the tv is needed (I think) which we weren?t able to do as renters.

  We rented this place over President's weekend (February 14-February 17th) this year. Our stay was fairly good, however, there are a few things that were not great. The cleanliness of the place was awful! First of all the bathroom carpet was dirty and there was blood on it (gross). I washed it. The bathroom radiator was dirty.

  My daughter was about to get into bed and her sheets smelled or cologne and there were black hairs. My son's sheets had blood on them, which was gone once I washed them. I went ahead and washed all of our sheets after that! The bottom of the microwave was grease ladened. I took pictures and sent them to Jason, asking him for our cleaning fee back. He did not get back to me until I reached out to him 4 days later, with the response that he was waiting to hear from his cleaning lady. It is February 26th and I have heard nothing!!

  Also, there were 5 of us and only 8 towels. So when we went to the pool we had to wash some each time we returned-what a pain. The renter should know the number of guests who are coming and accommodate for that.

  We have small kids and a ladder would have been nice for the bunk beds. It is dangerous!! If you had eight people and four were young kids, I would be worried-liability speaking.

  This place is small and would not comfortably house 8 people, we had 5 and it was a beginning to be tight.

  I don't mean to be negative, but when you pay a good amount of money for 3 nights, you expect it to be, most of all CLEAN and at least comfortable. And I would expect if there is a problem that the manager would try to fix it for us. Never again.
