Very convenient for skiing Winter Park!
4/5 The "Lift" free bus stops right at the condo! Winner, winner!! This is an older unit, but clean & comfortable. Very convenient and good parking available. The only access to the unit is via 2 flights of outdoor stairs, which can be a challenge if you have any physical restrictions.

Great Location, Warm and Dry for Winter
4/5 We had a nice two-night stay at this condo. It was well furnished with kitchen items as well as bath towels and bedding. The owner was very communicative and easy to speak with. Not a problem for us, but the home is rather dated an could use some refreshing changes, but everything worked so that was fine with us.

Very disappointed
2/5 The condo was different then pictured (not as clean and different furniture from the photos) and the heat was not working, the fire alarm was beeping, and the front door lock was dead. The Mangement company was not responsive to the heat not working taking OVER 36 hours to fix the problem after multiple calls. When I asked for a reimbursement for the time without heat, they agreed but wanted to keep the space heater we had purchased. Very disappointed in the responsiveness of the management.

Hi Cheryl, we’re sorry to hear your stay did not meet your expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
-We apologize for the heating issue. It has been resolved by a certified technician, and management now monitors the system remotely with a Wifi thermostat. For a comfortable stay, we kindly ask that the heat not be set below sixty-five degrees upon departure.
-Additionally, the door lock has been upgraded for improved convenience. A generous refund was issued, and we hope these efforts have helped alleviate any inconvenience you experienced.
