Billy Strings 3-day concert
5/5 Clean, quite, comfortable house. We made ourselves right at home. Host very friendly and helpful. We came to see a 3-day concert at the Ball Arena. Staying here made it super easy to get there. Stores easy to get to. Nice parks all around. We even enjoyed them in the snow!

Home Base
5/5 This property is exactly as advertised. Clean and safe. Close to Sloan Lake for morning exercise, it’s immediately adjacent to Sheridan Ave but soundproofed so that we barely heard any traffic inside. One hiccup the first day (frozen hot water lines) and Phillip was literally there within minutes to remedy the issue. Highly responsive management, I recommend.

Very Nice set up
5/5 I must say my stay in Denver was very nice. If I had a simple request the owner was very prompt and on top of it. He was also very resourceful when it came to finding where to ski or tube and even knew the great restaurants that were in the area. I would highly recommend! The hot tub was nice and clean and also had everything needed in the kitchen. If I go back to Denver I would stay again!

Such a great house and area
5/5 This house was perfect for my group for the size and how close everything was! I also really loved how there were labels everywhere to know where things were. Phil also had great communication when we had to stay a little later because of a snow storm. We also loved the hot tub!
