4/5 The property description is accurate. The price was fair. The home was clean. Only a couple areas for improvement. Hot water barely flows from the bathroom faucet. The Keurig coffee maker only works on the single cup serve side not the whole pot side so we used the french press provided. The bed my wife and I slept in was harder than we liked and may have a little sag in the middle. Nice area to walk around including walks to the Safeway grocery store nearby.

A warm and inviting house in a great location
5/5 I needed a house that was close to both Golden/Boulder to the northwest and Englewood to the south. This house was perfectly located. It was also a very warm and inviting place with a nice and safely fenced in yard. The host was quite responsive, and I will certainly stay here again.
