Nice facility, location but bad communication
3/5 We stayed without internet for two days. We sent emails and made phone calles but that didn't help.

We apologize for the miscommunication. When the manager responded to your initial request for help with the internet, she was unaware her suggestion of resetting the router by unplugging and plugging back in didn’t work for you. When she heard back from you the following day, she sent someone out right away to fix the problem. Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We will display the manager’s contact information in a more visible location as well as provide instructions to reboot the internet, if necessary, which usually does the trick to reset it. I hope you enjoyed your stay in Vail!Best stocked house ever!
5/5 This place was great if you like to do even a little cooking. Has more spices and seasonings than my own house. Stayed four nights and cooked in twice. We just needed base ingredients, everything else was in fudge or cabinet. Bus to vail resort literally across the street. Easy for people to catch the bus they wanted in the morning or on the return trip. Comfortable accommodations. Great deck with Mountain View’s and snow covered trees.
