- The property is located in Treehouse Condominiums
- The name of the property is 'Treehouse'. It is easier to navigate to the Clubhouse address than to the actual condo address. The Clubhouse address is 8300 Ryan Gulch Rd, Silverthorne, CO 80498. Turn right into the parking lot at the Treehouse sign, and right after you pass the Lodgepole Circle on your right, you go uphill. You can park anywhere in that parking lot for free

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
- Your car must be registered with a parking permit to park in any of the Treehouse building lots. You can register a max of 2 cars per unit. Please text Christie your vehicle information prior to your arrival so she can register it for the online permit. She will need the make, model, and license plate (including the state) texted to 203.241.1907. They are very strict about parking and will boot your vehicle if it is not registered

- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The name of the property is 'Treehouse'. It is located in Unit 204 and is on the second
floor of Building B. The property is accessible via lockbox. The code is 2463
- It is highly suggested to place the key back after each use so that you do not risk locking yourself out. There is a spare key on a lanyard in the small kitchen drawer that you can use for the duration of your stay
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Make sure to return the spare key and clubhouse key fob to the small
drawer in the kitchen
- Place all used towels in the bathtub
- Place all used dishes in the sink
- Strip all used sheets off the beds and leave them in a pile on the ground
in the bedrooms
- Please lock the door on your way out and make sure the lockbox key is
returned to the lockbox
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

- There is one thermostat in the condo on the wall outside of the bathroom. The thermostat only controls heat - there is no air conditioning. The fireplace can also be used to regulate temperature. The fireplace remote will tell you the internal temperature of the condo, and can be set to auto adjust inside temperature to the set point you choose
- The laundry facilities are located in the clubhouse building and require coins

CLUBHOUSE
- The Clubhouse is the first building on the corner of Ryan Gulch Rd and Lodgepole Circle with the large glass windows. Inside, you will find 3 hot tubs, a swimming pool, arcade games, vending machines, laundry facilities, and lounge areas. The clubhouse is accessible during your stay (It is open until 10:00 PM on weekends) by using the key fob that is kept with the second key in the small drawer in the kitchen. Please remember to return the key fob to the drawer before your departure. The fee for a replacement key fob is $50
