CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code will be the last 4 digits of the primary phone number used when booking.
- If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately. Not disclosing your furry friend can result in additional fees/penalties. Pets should be supervised at all times, as there is no fence around the yard. There is a leash law for the neighborhood and the town
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

HOUSE TECH - DO NOT unplug/remove/rearrange any of the homes technology devices. ie. TV, Router, etc. If you are having an issue with a device, please reach out to Leo for assistance.

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds and place on the floor at the foot of the bed. Please leave used towels in the tubs.
- Make sure Heat is set to 55º in the winter and that the A/C is left at 72º in the summer.
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
