5/5 We pretty much liked everything. Both bedrooms and bathrooms on one floor. The dumpster was located very conveniently and wasn't locked. Also, the lock box worked perfectly, so we put the key in there every time we left. That way we didn't have to be concerned about keeping up with it. Loved the gas fireplace. Also there was central heat controlled by one thermostat. The cost was reasonable as well. The place was clean.
Comfortable and spacious condo
5/5 This two bedroom condo was a quiet retreat close to amenities in the West Pagosa area. The large kitchen and living room were spacious, yet cozy. We loved eating breakfast at the kitchen table while looking out of the large picture window framing tall pines and grassy expanses. The indoor fireplace and outdoor fire pit both came in handy on the chilly fall nights we were there. With two large bedrooms and bathrooms, this condo could easily accommodate two couples or a family with 1-2 children. Although we were a few minutes walk to the West Pagosa shopping center, there was little traffic noise outside and none inside. This location felt like a mountain haven without having to drive miles away from town.
